The Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE) is a global membership organisation that promotes and advances civil engineering around the world. We believe that civil engineers are "at the heart of society, delivering sustainable development through knowledge, skills and professional expertise."   With this in mind, we are a qualifying body, a centre for the exchange of specialist knowledge, and a provider of resources to encourage innovation and excellence in the profession worldwide.
