This case is for you. By 2030, half of the material streams in Dutch municipalities need to be circular, to reach full circularity by 2050. But how do we reach this visionary goal?
The municipality of Apeldoorn asked Koos Service Design to help make this goal concrete and align all stakeholders to get started.
In this case study we will reflect on our learnings, both from the consultant's and the client's side. We will finish with clear pointers for the role of service design in the transition to a sustainable society.
