    Fleet Auto News' Caroline Falls talks with Mary Joyce Ivers, APWA President and a US fleet champion, ahead of her upcoming talk at the 2021 IPWEA fleet conference in March. Ivers is deputy director for Ventura, California's public works department which has a $100 million budget. 

    Mary Joyce was previously the city's fleet manager, winning multiple awards, including 2017 Government Fleet Manager of the Year. Ivers was inducted into the Fleet Hall of Fame in 2018. Caroline Falls talks with Ivers' about her career and experiences.
