    I have had an enquiry from a colleague whether we know of any large road agencies that are considered leaders in how they collect and use traffic data to manage their road networks.

    Any suggestions of who might fit this description?

    I was thinking it is likely to be more state focussed than local government, e.g., Transport for London (TfL), LA or New York City DOT's, even Singapore Land Transport Authority, but I'd welcome comments, suggestions or contacts.
