The Institute of Public Works Engineering Australasia (IPWEA) and The American Public Works Association (APWA) have recently entered into an agreement to expand their reach and deliver greater value through education to their members in the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

Both APWA and IPWEA are member countries of the International Federation of Municipal Engineering (IFME) which facilitates international exchange and collaboration and encourages such strategic partnerships.

Recently, IPWEA profiled Scott Grayson CAE, APWA CEO, in its insite Community Newsletter. With a background in political science and international policy, and 35 years in the not-for-profit sector, Scott Grayson is uniquely positioned to be a catalyst for change. The APWA CEO now helps North American organisations better manage their infrastructure assets.
